Summary Criminal law theology is constantly developing along with the legislation and judicial of criminal law,and in the construction of the modernization of the rule of law in China,the guiding significance of criminal law theory to the reality of the rule of law has been highlighted.Based on the current situation of theoretical research on criminal law theology in China,this paper discusses ten key issues in future criminal law research.These ten issues include not only theoretical issues such as criminal law methodology,but also general criminal law issues such as legitimate defense,unit crime and joint crime,and criminal law monographs such as statutory offenders,property offenders and order offenders,which basically cover all important contents of criminal law theory and play a role as a road map for the future development of criminal law theology in China.
