In recent years,there has been an increasing trend in performing cesarean myomectomy.While some researchers still argue that this combined procedure carries a risk of excessive intraoperative haemorrhage,a substantial body of literature now indicates its safety and feasibility.Studies demonstrate no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and postoperative recovery between this combined procedure and cesarean section alone.However,there is currently no standardized protocol for designing intraoperative hemostasis protocols or determining the most suitable surgical procedures.This article provides a comprehensive review of the advancements in surgical techniques for cesarean myomectomy.
