Cervical cancer is a common malignant gynecological disease,and postoperative urinary retention is one of the common complications of radical hysterectomy.This review provides a brief analysis of the causes of urinary retention after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer;additionally,this study reviews the nursing methods for patients with postoperative urinary retention of cervical cancer,including bladder function exercise,acupuncture nursing,appropriate selection of indwelling time for urinary catheters,intermittent clean catheterization,and mind mapping in nursing care,in order to provide reference for the nursing of patients with urinary retention after cervical cancer surgery.
