摘要

群体感应是微生物之间实现相互交流的一种通信机制,微生物分泌和感应信号分子,并将信号分子作为传播媒介进行交流.本文在介绍微生物之间群体感应现象的基础上,总结了污水生物处理领域"群体感应"的研究现状及存在问题,对"群体感应"研究的方向及未来前景进行了展望,为应用"群体感应"调控优化污水生物处理系统提供依据.

Abstract

Quorum Sensing(QS)is a mechanism for microorganisms to realize mutual communication.Microorganisms secret and sense signal molecules,and use signal molecules as media to communicate with each other.On the basis of introducing quorum sensing phenomenon among microorganisms,this paper summarized the current situation and existing problems of quorum sensing in the field of wastewater treatment,and made an outlook on the future research direction and prospect of quorum sensing,which provides a basis for applying quorum-sensing regulation to optimize the biological wastewater treatment system.
