基于热裂解气相色谱-质谱技术的熟宣劣化评价研究初探

本研究通过测试不同人工模拟加速老化环境下宣纸样品的力学性能、pH值和热裂解产物,探究了熟宣劣化程度评价的新方法。结果表明:净皮单宣与熟宣的抗张指数、耐折度、pH值以及主要热裂解产物的含量存在明显的差异。热裂解气相色谱-质谱技术的样品需要量少、无需前处理,可有效实现对不同老化时间、不同老化方式的熟宣劣化程度的评价。实验中主要热裂解产物中左旋葡萄糖酮产率因随老化时间变化显著而可作为纸张酸化劣化的内在指示指标,湿度因素是影响左旋葡萄糖酮产率也即熟宣劣化的显著环境因素。
Preliminary Study on Deterioration Evaluation of Sized Xuan Paper Based on Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
In this study,to explore a new method to evaluate the deterioration degree of sized Xuan paper,sized and unsized Xuan paper are subjected to simulated accelerated aging environment.The aging samples are characterized by mechanical properties,pH value,and pyrolysis products.The results show that the tensile index,folding endurance,pH value,and pyrolysis products of sized samples are significant differences than those of unsized samples.Pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has the following advantages:(1)small amounts of samples needed;(2)no pretreatment of samples needed;(3)effectively evaluate the deterioration degree of sized Xuan paper with different aging environment and methods.In addition,the yields of Levoglucosenone can be used as an internal indicator of acidification and deterioration of paper due to its changes significantly with aging time.Humidity factor is a significant environmental factor affecting the yields of Levoglucosenone,that is,the deterioration of sized Xuan paper.
