为了研究近场爆炸作用下单箱三室混凝土箱梁的破坏行为,采用 10 kg TNT药柱,开展了节段箱梁 1 ∶ 3缩比试件爆炸试验,观测了箱梁试件的毁伤形态和动力响应.利用ALE方法和LBE方法进行了试件爆炸响应数值模拟及验证.参数化分析了不同比例爆距、起爆位置、配筋率对箱梁破坏形态的影响.结果表明:10 kg TNT炸药在中间箱室正上方 0.55 m处爆炸,中间箱室顶板形成贯穿性破洞,破洞沿横、纵桥向长度分别为 81.90 和 98.50 cm.随着TNT当量增大,顶板破洞面积逐渐增大.同等药量工况下,中间箱室顶板中心正上方起爆时各箱室底板开裂程度最为严重;与箱室上方起爆工况相比,内爆作用下箱梁顶板破洞沿横、纵桥向长度分别增大了 28.2%和41.8%,且底板形成贯穿性破洞.随着配筋率的提高,箱梁竖向位移明显减小.
Experimental and numerical analysis of single-box three-chamber concrete box girder under explosive loading
In order to investigate the damage behavior of a single-box three-chamber concrete box girder under near-field explosive effects,a 10 kg TNT charge was used to conduct explosion tests on a segmental box girder at a 1 ∶ 3 scale.The damage Pattern and dynamic response of the girder were observed,ALE(arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian)and LBE(lattice Boltzmann equation)methods were employed for numerical simulation and validation of the explosive re-sponse of the test specimen.A parametric analysis was conducted to explore the influence of different scaled distance of burst,initiation positions,and reinforcement ratios on the damage pattern of the box girder.The results indicate that when a 10 kg TNT explosive detonates 0.55 m above the center of the middle chamber,a perforating hole is formed on the roof of the middle chamber,with dimensions of 81.90 cm and 98.50 cm along the transverse and longitudinal direc-tions,respectively.As the TNT equivalent increases,the area of the roof hole gradually increases.Under equivalent ex-plosive conditions,initiating the explosion directly above the center of the middle chamber results in the most severe cracking of the bottom plates of all chambers.Compared to explosive initiation above the chambers,explosive initiation inside the girder increases the dimensions of the roof hole by 28.2%and 41.8%along the transverse and longitudinal di-rections,respectively,and a perforating hole is formed in the bottom plate.Increasing the reinforcement ratio significant-ly reduces the vertical displacement of the box girder.
