钢纤维增强地聚合物混凝土劈拉试验研究

以地聚合物混凝土和钢纤维增强地聚合物混凝土的劈拉强度为研究目标,开展了静态和动态劈拉试验,应变率范围为 5×10-5~17 s-1.钢纤维增强地聚合物的拉伸强度约为地聚合物混凝土的 1.6~2.8 倍.地聚合物混凝土的劈拉破坏表现出脆性特性,在掺入钢纤维后,钢纤维增强地聚合物的破坏模式表现出明显的延性,达到峰值应力后仍能够提供残余应力.地聚合物混凝土和钢纤维增强地聚合物的劈拉强度均表现出应变率效应,给出了适用于 2 种材料的DIF计算模型.
Tensile test study on steel fiber reinforced geopolymer concrete
With the tensile strength of geopolymer concrete(GPC)and steel fiber reinforced geopolymer concrete(SFRGPC)as the research objective,static and dynamic tensile tests were conducted with a strain rate range of 5×10-5 to 17 s-1.The splitting tensile strength of SFRGPC is approximately 1.6 to 2.8 times that of GPC.The tensile failure of GPC exhibits brittle characteristics.After the addition of steel fibers,the failure mode of SFRGPC shows obvious ductility,and can still provide residual stress after reaching the peak stress.Both GPC and SFRGPC show strain rate effects in tensile strength,and a DIF calculation model suitable for both materials is provided.
