钢筋混凝土结构建筑物爆炸事故频繁发生,灾后受损建筑物对应急救援人员的生命安全构成潜在威胁.然而,目前对结构爆炸损失评估的方法耗时长,不适应于救援前的结构损失快速评估.针对该问题,提出了快速评估方法并编制成软件.结合结构静力分析和构件P-I曲线评估方法,提出了钢筋混凝土结构爆炸损伤快速评估方法.使用RCblast单自由度分析软件,对RC梁在爆炸荷载下的超压渐近线值和冲量渐近线值进行了大量计算,以此建立并验证预测RC梁的超压渐近线值和冲量渐近线值的经验公式,该公式能够快速绘制RC梁的P-I曲线.基于Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 和Qt5.10.0 平台,开发了应用该方法的建筑结构爆炸分析软件.经过验证,所提出的经验公式误差小于 10%;对比软件与PKPM在相同工况下的结构静力计算结果,两者结果误差小于 15%;对比软件爆炸荷载作用前后的构件损伤系数和抗力变化,验证软件构件评估的功能;该软件能够快速评估和显示爆炸荷载作用下钢筋混凝土框架结构的损伤,降低灾后救援人员工作风险.
Development and application of rapid assessment software for explosive damage in RC frame structure
Accidents involving reinforced concrete(RC)structures subjected to explosions occur frequently,posing potential threats to the life of emergency rescue personnel in the aftermath.However,current methods for evaluating structural explosion losses are time-consuming and not suitable for rapid assessment of structural damage before res-cue operations.To address this issue,a rapid assessment method is proposed and compiled into software.Combining structural static analysis and component P-I curve evaluation methods,a rapid assessment method for explosive da-mage in RC structures is proposed.The RCblast single-degree-of-freedom analysis software is used to perform exten-sive calculations of the pressure asymptotic values and impulse asymptotic values of RC beams under explosive loads.Empirical formulas are established and validated to predict the pressure asymptotic values and impulse asymptotic va-lues of RC beams,which can rapidly plot the P-I curves of RC beams.An explosive analysis software for building structures based on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and Qt5.10.0 platform is developed to implement this method.Verification shows that the proposed empirical formulas have errors of less than 10%.A comparison of the software with PKPM under the same conditions shows errors of less than 15%in the structural static calculation results.By comparing the damage coefficients and resistance changes of components before and after explosive loading,the func-tionality of component assessment in the software is validated.This software can rapidly assess and display the da-mage to RC frame structures under explosive loads,reducing the risk for post-disaster rescue personnel.
