装配式钢结构厂房目前在工业生产中被广泛采用,精确获取化爆下装配式钢结构厂房的毁伤效应对保障战时工业生产安全有重要意义.以化爆试验中实际建设的装配式钢结构厂房为研究对象,为研究其在化爆冲击荷载作用下的毁伤效应,建立了厂房精细化有限元模型,精确化构建了厂房面板与主体结构之间的连接关系.利用LS-DYNA软件模拟了117.5、272.7 和579.2 kg TNT在100 m爆距下对厂房的冲击过程,获取了装配式钢结构厂房的毁伤模式、变形特征和应力分布,对比试验中测得的关键指标,验证了计算的精准性,并分析了装配式钢结构厂房爆炸过程中的内力情况.
Numerical simulation of impact damage effect of chemical explosion on assembled steel structure factories
Assembled steel structure factories are widely used in today's industrial manufacture,and accurately obtaining the damage effects of assembled steel structure factories under chemical explosions has great significance for ensuring manufacturing safety during wartime.This paper used the actual assembled steel structure factory that were purposely constructed for chemical explosion tests as the research object,and established a refined finite ele-ment model of such factory to study the damage effects under the impact load of a chemical explosion,then con-structed the precise connection between the factory panels and the main structure.By using the LS-DYNA soft-ware,it simulated the impact process of 117.5,272.7,and 579.2 kg TNT at the distance of 100 meters from the factory,and obtained the damage patterns,deformation characteristics,and stress distribution of the assembled steel structure factory.By comparing the key indicators measured in the experiments,the accuracy of the calcula-tions was verified,and the internal forces existing in the explosion process was analyzed.
