地铁区间防护密闭隔断门翻转机构设计研究

地铁区间防护密闭隔断门设置在正线轨道上,工况特殊且复杂,技术难度大.提出由大、小门扇通过翻转机构组合成完整隔断门门扇的方法,避免在门洞顶部或者其他位置悬挂其他隔断装置,以确保平时地铁运营安全.通过曲柄滑块机构、联轴节、手动机构设计计算以及翻转机构仿真分析,确定了翻转机构合理的参数,解决了汇流排不断开条件下门扇启闭问题.
Research on the design of subway interval protective airtight partition door overturning mechanism
The protective airtight partition doors of subway intervals are set on the main line track,which is a spe-cial and complicated working condition with great technical difficulties.This paper proposed the combination of large and small doors into a complete partition door by the flip mechanism,without the need to hang other partition devices on the top of the doorway or other positions,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of subway op-eration in normal times.Through the crank-slider mechanism,coupling,manual mechanism design calculations and simulation analysis of the flip mechanism,reasonable parameters of the flip mechanism were determined,sol-ving the major problem of opening and closing the door under the condition of non-opening of the confluence,and laying the foundation for the successful development of the LQGDFM(A)3846(6)-type subway inter-district pro-tective airtight partition door.
