战时攻防博弈背景下机场网络毁伤韧性评估

为提升战时攻防博弈背景下机场网络毁伤韧性评估的适用性、有效性,研究采用性能时程响应函数法,结合攻防双方多阶段动态博弈模型,建立战时攻防博弈背景下机场网络毁伤韧性评估方法及流程,融合机场单元作战效能分析设计功能型韧性评估函数,使韧性评估结果更符合战时攻防博弈需求;以某区域机场网络为例,结合多阶段动态博弈模型求解结果,对不同恢复条件下该机场网络毁伤韧性进行评估.研究结果表明:机场网络毁伤韧性同时受恢复资源和恢复预算制约,恢复资源和恢复预算分别制约着韧性的恢复速度和恢复程度.
Assessment of airport network resilience during wartime offensive and defensive game
In order to increase the applicability and effectiveness of airport network destruction resilience assess-ment in the context of wartime offensive and defensive game,the study establishes the airport network destruction resilience assessment method and process in the context of wartime offensive and defensive game by using the per-formance response function method,combining with the multi-stage dynamic game model of both attacking and de-fending sides,and designing functional resilience assessment function by integrating with the analysis of airport unit combat effectiveness,so as to make the resilience assessment result more in line with the demand of wartime offen-sive and defensive game.Taking a regional airport network as an example,combined with the results of the multi-stage dynamic game modeling,the resilience of the airport network under different recovery conditions is evaluated.The results of the study indicate that the resilience of the airport network is constrained by both the recovery re-sources and the recovery budgets,which constrain the recovery speed and the degree of resilience,respectively.
