Discussion on the protection strategy of urban underground passages
In view of the relatively low-rate implementation of protection of urban underground space connectivity and passages,a field investigation of relevant subway lines and stations in Hangzhou was carried out,the feasibil-ity of realizing connectivity protection function was discussed from the perspectives of macro policy and current technology,and key problems were analyzed.It is suggested that the planning should first coordinately consider combat readiness passages,wartime protection should be implemented by shifting between peacetime and wartime transportation and wartime design should be based on the people-oriented principle;combat readiness passages should be accurately graded according to the classification of fortified cities;and intelligent connecting transporta-tion should be designed to help build a networked,comprehensive urban protection system with rail transport lines as the axes.
