Research on entropy weight measurement of risk characteristic indicators for nuclear power plants under attack based on factor comparison
As a crucial component of China's nuclear safety strategy,the risks and security defense issues faced by nuclear power plants require urgent attention.The paper analyzes the logical relationship and mechanism of action in the enemy's"detection-strike-consequence"paradigm and selects 11 typical factors across three categories that influence the risk of attacks on nuclear power plants,thereby constructing a risk assessment indicator system.A risk relative dominance function based on factor comparison is proposed to obtain dominance data for various risks under different indicator conditions.The entropy weight method is employed to calculate the weights of the indica-tors,ranking the risk assessment indicators for nuclear power plants under attack and providing recommendations for enhancing risk prevention measures.
