基于细菌溶藻和黏土吸附的特性,探索了溶藻菌Ba3 与黏土组合控藻技术.正交实验确定了投加量为1.0%Ba3 无菌滤液和100 mg·L-1黏土为最佳组合,该组合技术在 24h内对米氏凯伦藻的溶藻率达到 94.0%.分别对比了单独投加无菌滤液、黏土、黏土+Ba3 无菌滤液、黏土+PAC、黏土+H2O2的控藻效果.结果显示,黏土+PAC、黏土+H2O2组合在 12h 后出现了藻密度"回弹"现象,黏土+Ba3 无菌滤液在48h后的溶藻效果达到95%以上显著高于其他组合,检测试验前后叶绿素a浓度的变化,进一步验证了Ba3 无菌滤液组合黏土的高效控藻效果,有望在赤潮甲藻控制中应用推广.
Study on the Control of Red Tide Dinoflagellate by Clay Combined Bacillus Ba3
This study explored the algal control technology of algicidal bacteria Ba3 combined with clay,based on the characteristics of algicidal bacterial and clay adsorption.The orthogonal test confirmed that the optimal combination was the sterile filtrate of Ba3 with the dosage of 1.0%and clay with the dosage of 100 mg·L-1.The algae dissolution rate of Karenia mikimotoi reached 94.0%within 24 h.The algae control effects of adding sterile filtrate,clay,clay+Ba3 sterile filtrate,clay+PAC,and clay+H2O2 alone were compared,respectively.The results showed that the combination of clay+PAC,clay+H2O2 appeared the phenomenon of algae density"rebound"after 12 hours,and the algae dissolution effect of the clay+Ba3 sterile filtrate after 48 h achieved more than 95%significantly higher algytic effect than the other combinations.The changes of chlorophyll a concentration before and after the test were detec-ted,which further verified the high-efficiency algae control effect of the combination of clay with Ba3 sterile filtrate,and it was expected to be applied and promoted in the control of dinoflagellate.
