Historical Review and Future Prospect of Forest Fire Prevention and Suppression in China
In the context of global climate change, the risk of Chinese forest fires has increased signifi-cantly,which constitutes a severe challenge to national ecological security and socio-economic develop-ment.This study conducted a detailed analysis of the correlation between meteorological factor and forest fire in different provinces in China, aiming to reveal the differences of these variables in spatial distribution and its potential impact on fire risk. The results of the research show that the correlation coefficient distribution of wind speed, maximum temperature, precipitation, relative humidity, and average temperature in various provinces shows significant regional characteristics. These characteristics reflect that the occurrence of forest fires in various regions is closely related to climate conditions. It provides an important basis for formulating targeted prevention and control measures.Through an in-depth analysis of these meteorological factors correlation, this study further explores the possibility of implementing effective forest fire prevention strategies in different regions of China, and how to optimize the allocation of fire-extinguishing fire resources under changing climate conditions to enhance the emergency response to forest fires.
