The Spatial Organization Model and Influencing Factors of County-level Unit Connections in Fujian Province from the Perspective of Highway Passenger Flow
This article is based on the perspective of highway passenger flow, using community discovery algorithms and geographic detectors to analyze the spatial organization patterns, and influencing factors among county-level units in Fujian Province. The results indicate that,1)the highway passenger flow in Fujian Province suggests a significant distance attenuation feature.Under this rule, its macro pattern shows a continuous coastal belt formation while developing a tightly connected network structure within or between cities, however the inland network features a clear boundary between cities.(2)The community discovery algorithm based on walk trap has excavated six network communities, including Fuzhou-Putian-Ningde community,Xiamen-Quanzhou community,Zhangzhou community,Nanping community,Sanming commu-nity,and Longyan community. The combination of county-level units within the community is not entirely constrained by administrative boundaries.County-level units with strong passenger flow connections often break through administrative boundaries and enter the more attractive communities, while those with weaker passenger flow connections only form a network within the administrative boundaries of the prefecture.Based on this, four spatial organization modes were divided:single core, dual cores, two large and one small dual clusters, and multi cores.(3)Through GeoDetector,it was found that urbanization level, added value of the tertiary industry, and total retail sales of consumer goods are important driving factors affecting the spa-tial organization of passenger flow on county-level units in Fujian province.
