为了解福建省水稻品比品种的稻米品质状况,对 2021-2023 年福建省水稻品比品种稻米品质作了鉴定与评价.结果表明:籼稻品种透明度、直链淀粉含量、胶稠度、整精米率等 4 项定级指标优质率均较高,但是综合优质率仍然较低,特别是达到部颁一等的优质稻品种数量极少.垩白度优质率仍然是 6 项定级指标中优质率最低的指标,而碱消值是仅次于垩白度的限制优质率的品质指标.因此,为提高籼稻品种优质率,垩白度和碱消值是今后籼稻育种应该重点考虑提升的指标.
Identification and Evaluation of Rice Quality of New Rice Varieties in Fujian Province
In order to accurately understand and grasp the rice quality status of rice varieties compared in Fujian Province,the rice quality of rice varieties compared in Fujian Province from 2021 to 2023 was identified and evaluated.The results showed that the four grading indicators of indica rice,including transparency,amylose content,gel consistency,and whole head rice rate,had high quality rates.However,the overall quality rate was still relatively low,especially with very few high-quality rice varieties that reached the first-class level awarded by the Ministry.The quality rate of chalkiness is still the lowest among the six grading indicators,while the alkali consumption value is the quality indicator that limits the quality rate only after chalkiness.Therefore,in order to improve the quality rate of indica rice varieties,chalkiness and alkaline digestibility are key indicators that should be considered for improvement in future indica rice breeding.
