摘要

为促进红心甘薯品种在福建省的推广应用,采取随机区组设计试验,以广薯87为对照,对福建省示范推广的4个红心甘薯品种的主要农艺性状、产量、品质、抗病性、加工性能等进行观测鉴定评价.结果表明,龙薯9号鲜薯产量最高,其次为龙薯601、岩薯5号,折每667m2鲜薯产量分别为4 188.8、3951.9、3 325.0 kg,分别比对照增产55.2%、46.4%、23.2%,产量差异达极显著水平.4个品种外观、食用和营养品质均表现较好,符合优质鲜食型甘薯标准.龙薯601和龙薯9号可作为鲜食及加工高产型品种进行推广应用,岩薯5号、龙薯232可作为迷你型优质鲜食型品种进行推广应用.

Abstract

To promote the promotion and application of red heart sweet potato varieties in Fujian Province,a randomized block design experiment was conducted,with Guangshu 87 as the control,to observe,identify and evaluate the main agronomic traits,yield,quality,disease resistance,and processing performance of four red heart sweet potato varieties.The results showed that Longshu No.9 had the highest fresh potato yield,followed by Longshu 601 and Yanshu 5.The fresh potato yields per 667m2 were 4 188.8,3 951.9 and 3 325.0 kg,respectively,which increased by 55.2%,46.4%and 23.2%compared to the control.The yield difference was extremely significant.The appearance,edibility,and nutritional quality of the four varieties were all good,meeting the standards for high-quality fresh sweet potatoes.Longshu 601 and Longshu 9 can be promoted and applied as high yielding varieties for fresh food and processing,and Yanshu 5 and Longshu 232 can be promoted and applied as mini good quality fresh food varieties.
