A new three-line hybrid rice variety Funongyou 039 was bred from the cross between the blast-resistant CMS line Funong A and the restorer line Quanhui 039 by Fujian Shennong Dafeng Seed Industry Technology Co.,Ltd.,Quanzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute and Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences Rice Research Institute.It was registered and released by the National Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2021.From 2022 to 2023,seed production experiments were conducted at the Quanzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute base,and high yields were obtained.The characteristics and key seed production techniques of Funong you 039 under ecological conditions in Quanzhou,Fujian Province were summarized.
