Adjustment Strategy of Inlet Guide Vane of Multistage Centrifugal Compressor Applied in CAES
In the process of compressed air energy storage system working,the internal pressure of the gas storage device continues to rise,which requires the compressor to work in a wide pressure ratio range.High efficiency variable operating condition is the core requirement of compressors in compressed air energy storage system.In order to achieve this design goal,it is necessary to adopt appropriate adjustment methods and adjustment strategies.The adjustable inlet guide vane is simple in structure,can be operated in the working process,and can be automated by the servo device,which is one of the most suitable adjustment methods for the compressor in the compressed air energy storage system.This paper takes a 4-stage centrifugal compressor in compressed air energy storage system as the research object,and establishes a performance prediction method suitable for the multi-stage centrifugal compressor under varying working conditions.The performance curve of the single-stage centrifugal compressor is obtained by numerical simulation,and the performance superposition program of the stage is written to obtain the performance curve of the whole machine.The performance data of multistage centrifugal compressor is fitted to polynomial function by least square method,and the adjustable inlet guide vane adjustment strategy program is established by genetic algorithm with isentropic efficiency as optimization objective,inlet guide vane opening as optimization variable and outlet pressure or flow of the whole machine as constraint conditions.
