管壳式换热器换热管偏心现象对传热性能影响研究

在管壳式换热器中,换热管和折流板之间存在板管间隙,在其安装使用过程中换热管总是不可避免地偏离折流板孔径中心位置,形成换热管偏心现象.利用CFD软件FLUENT进行数值模拟,研究不同情况下壳程与管程的流动与传热特性.在计算中采用标准k-ε模型,SIMPLE算法和压力方程为标准格式.从管壳式换热器出口介质压力降、温度和(火用)传递有效度三个方面分析换热管偏心现象对传热性能的影响,将模拟结果引入换热器评价指标,优化管壳式换热器设计,提高换热效率,减少能源消耗,降低生产成本,从而提高生产效率.
Influence of Decentration Phenomenon of Heat Exchange Tube of Shell-and-tube Heat Exchanger on Heat Transfer Performance
In shell-and-tube heat exchanger,the baffle-tube clearance between the heat exchange tube and the baffle.During the installation and running of shell-and-tube heat exchanger,the heat exchange tube inevitably deviates the central position of baffle aperture,as a result,the decentration phenomenon of heat exchange tube appears.The numerical simulations are carried out by using CFD code FLUENT software to study the characteristics of fluid flow and heat transfer in shell side and tube pass under different conditions.The standard k-e turbulent model and SIMPLE method were used in calculations,and the pressure equation is of standard format.This paper analyzes the influence of eccentricity on heat transfer performance from three aspects:pressure drop,temperature and transfer effectiveness of outlet medium of shell-and-tube heat exchanger.The simulation results are introduced into the evaluation index of heat exchanger to optimize the design of shell-and-tube heat exchanger,improve heat exchange efficiency,reduce energy consumption and production cost,thus improving production efficiency.
