Design Method of Multi-blade Centrifugal Fan Based on Combination of Airfoil Blade and Acceleration Flow Passage
This paper proposes a design method for multi-blade centrifugal fans based on combination of airfoil blade and acceleration flow passage,building upon the research of impeller structure parameter optimization and airfoil blades,to address the commonly low efficiency in multi-blade centrifugal fans.On this basis,the overall design process of multi-blade centrifugal fan is formed by using the volute design considering viscosity.The design method is applied to the design of a multi-blade centrifugal fan,and the numerical simulation results show that the efficiency is obviously improved,which provides a new idea and method for the optimization design of multi-blade centrifugal fan.
