Research on the Relative Stiffness of Wind Turbine Flange Bolts Under Dynamic External Load Conditions
The relative stiffness of the bolt determines the bolt tension during working. In order to explore the relationship between the bolt tension and the external load of the fan flange, this paper studies different processes based on the flange unit equivalent cylindrical model and equivalent compression deformation body model, combined with finite element simulation.Changes in relative stiffness of bolts under different conditions. The research results show that the relative stiffness of the bolt is related to the nature and position of the external load, and is negatively correlated with the contact area between the upper and lower flange units and the initial pre-tightening force of the bolt.It shows obvious nonlinear characteristics under dynamic external load conditions. The research conclusions of this article can provide reference for the design and assembly of fan flange bolt groups and early warning diagnosis of bolt group loosening faults.
