燃料电池用高转速空压机叶轮的设计与参数优化

本文设计了一种燃料电池用高转速空压机,采用CFD方法对其气动性能进行仿真计算,得出空压机性能曲线,通过研究不同叶轮参数下空压机的性能变化,进而实现对叶轮的优化.首先是研究单一参数分别对空压机性能的影响,参数包括叶片数量、叶轮出口宽度和叶顶间隙,然后考虑多参数之间的相互作用,采用正交实验法分析了多参数下空压机的性能变化.
Design and Parameter Optimization of High Speed Air Compressor Impeller for Fuel Cell
A high speed air compressor for fuel cell is designed,and its aerodynamic performance is simulated by CFD method to obtain the performance curve of the air compressor,and the performance changes of the air compressor under different impeller parameters are studied,so as to realize the optimization of the impeller. Firstly,the influence of single parameter on the performance of air compressor is studied,including the number of blades,outlet width and tip clearance. Then,considering the interaction between multiple parameters,the performance change of air compressor under multiple parameters is analyzed by orthogonal experimental method.
