Numerical Simulation Analysis of Axial Thrust of Semi-open Centrifugal Impeller with Leakage Channel
The calculation of axial force of centrifugal impeller is one of the key technology of large-scale and high-speed centrifugal compressor.Taking the semi-open impeller of a 0.17 flow coefficient compressor as the research object,the axial force of the impeller under design conditions,variable conditions and variable key geometric dimensions were calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the error between the one-dimensional calculation method of the axial force of the semi-open centrifugal impeller and the numerical simulation method is 5.8%;The axial force increases first and then decreases with the increase of flow rate;When the rotational speed of the impeller increases,the axial force of the impeller increases in the full flow range;When the inlet temperature increases,the axial force shows a linear downward trend.When the inlet pressure increases,the axial force shows a linear increase trend.When the number of sealing teeth increases,the axial force of the impeller increases linearly and the leakage decreases gradually.When the sealing diameter increases,the axial force of the impeller first decreases to the equilibrium state,and then continues to increase in the opposite direction,and the leakage increases exponentially.
