Research on Operating Load Distribution of Compressors in Parallel System Under Variable Working Conditions
In the research,a model of compressors in parallel and load pipe network system were established to study the high efficiency and stable operation of compressors in parallel systems under variable operating conditions.The efficiency of the system was defined to achieve a quantitative evaluation of the system.Aiming at the highest operating efficiency of the compressors in parallel system,the compressor load distribution strategy for compressors in parallel under variable operating conditions is given.Through the analysis of the operation example of the compressors in parallel system,the optimal parameter operation strategy and the system efficiency change law of the compressors in parallel system under different variable working conditions are investigated.Based on the adjustment strategy of the compressors in parallel operating parameters proposed in this study,the compressors in parallel system can achieve high efficiency operation in a wide flow range.
