摘要
从应用技术型本科高校的定位和需求出发,对青年教师作为“反思从业型”教师等三个特性进行分析,并结合问卷调查和访谈,得出青年教师教学发展存在继续教育体系不完善,师资培养工作乏力等问题。在此基础上,以政府、学校、企业和教师个体等要素为发展的四个维度,结合建立校本专项培训制度、建立师徒对接培养机制等措施,构建青年教师教学发展的四维一体化模型。
Abstract
Based on school-running positioning and need of technological application-oriented undergraduate institutes,this paper works out four main issues in the development of young teaching faculties,such as incomplete system for further education and a lack of motivation and obvious improvement in teacher training,through analyzing three specific features of this group as introspective practitioners and exploiting supportive data from questionnaires and structure interviews.Accordingly,a four-dimensional integrated model for young teachers’ teaching development is established,with four factors as four dimensions including governments,institutes,e nterprises and individual teacher,in combination with some measures as establishing school-based special training system and mentoring cultivation model.
