摘要
数字化是经济社会发展的新动能,是推进中国式现代化的重要驱动力.数字化通过聚集数据要素、创新乡村产业链、助力城乡融合发展赋能乡村产业振兴.当前,数字化在赋能产村振兴中存在基础设施薄弱、要素市场不完善、科创体系发展缓慢和数字化人才匮乏等现实障碍,需要通过完善数字设施体系、深挖涉农数据价值、加快数字技术创新、打造数字人才队伍筑牢基础保障、要素保障、技术保障和智力保障,从而推动乡村产业数字化发展,振兴乡村产业.
Abstract
Digitalization is a new driving force for economic and social development and an important driving force for promoting Chinese-style modernization.Digitalization empowers the revitalization of rural indus-tries by gathering data elements,innovating rural industrial chains,and helping the integrated development of urban and rural areas.At present,there are practical obstacles,such as weak infrastructure,imperfect factor market,slow development of science and innovation system and shortage of digital talents,in the rural revi-talization empowered by digitalization.It is necessary to improve the digital infrastructure system,explore the value of agriculture-related data,accelerate digital technology innovation,form a digital talent team to build a solid basic guarantee,factor guarantee,technical guarantee and intellectual guarantee,so as to promote the digital development and the revitalization of rural industries.
