红色校史文化赋能"大思政课"影响因素研究——基于自我决定理论的视角

摘要
学习动机是影响红色校史文化赋能"大思政课"效果的重要因素.基于自我决定理论,采用实证研究方法,对"学习动机-赋能效果"之间的内在关系进行解构.结果表明:学习动机是赋能效果的正向预测源,学习动机的自我决定程度越高,学习主动性就越强,可测的赋能效果就越好.因此,在红色校史文化融入"大思政课"中,教师应充分认识以爱国荣校共情促进价值共鸣的重要性;优化教育模式,促进成长成才动机内化,进而增强红色校史文化赋能"大思政课"效果.
Abstract
Learning motivation is an important factor affecting the effectiveness of red school history culture in empowering"ideological and political courses".Based on self-determination theory,this study employs em-pirical research methods to deconstruct the intrinsic relationship between learning motivation and empower-ment effects.The results indicate that learning motivation is a positive predictor of empowerment:the higher the degree of self-determination of learning motivation,the stronger the learning initiative,and the better the measurable empowerment effect.Therefore,in the integration of red school history culture into"ideological and political courses",teachers should fully recognize the importance of stimulating student value resonance through emotional empathy,optimize the education mode,and promote the internalization efficiency of mo-tivation by meeting the psychological needs of students,so as to enhance the effectiveness of"ideological and political courses"empowered by red school history culture.
