生态文明建设的"五个重大关系"及其方法论意蕴

摘要
生态文明建设需要处理好"五个重大关系",是习近平总书记在全国生态环境保护大会上的重要讲话中提出的重要论断,需从三个层面予以考量:一是从形成逻辑看,是对人类社会发展的总结反思、解决现实生态问题的迫切需要以及推进中国式现代化的重要推手;二是从内涵指向看,既是当前制约生态文明建设的关键要素和环节,也是进一步推进中华民族永续发展必须坚持的原则和立场;三是从方法论看,要坚持系统观念、树立生态文明建设的"整体观",要善于主攻矛盾、抓住生态文明建设的"牛鼻子",要汇聚多方力量、激活生态文明建设的"联动力".
Abstract
The construction of the ecological civilization need to deal with"The five major relations",which is an important thesis put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in his speech at The National Conference on Ecological and Environmental Protection and needs to be deliberated from three aspects.First,from the perspec-tive of formation logic,it is a summary and reflection on the development of human society,a pressing need to solve ecological problems and an important driving force to promote Chinese-style modernization.Second,from the perspective of connotation,it is not only the key element or link that restricts the construction of ecological civilization,but also the principle and stance that must be adhered to to further promote the sustainable develop-ment of the Chinese nation.Third,from the perspective of methodology,we should adhere to the systematic con-cept and establish a"holistic view"of the construction of ecological civilization,be good at attacking contradic-tions and seizing the"bull's eye"of the construction of ecological civilization,and bring together multiple forces to activate the"joint power"of ecological civilization construction.
