中国式现代化视域下我国城乡融合发展路径

摘要
马克思主义的城乡融合发展思想是我国构建新型城乡关系的理论基础.党的十八大以来,我国进入城乡融合发展新时期,城乡居民收入差距逐步缩小,消费水平不断提升,产业结构日趋合理,新型城镇化、农业现代化加速推进,为中国式现代化奠定了物质基础.中国式现代化从领导力量、根本目标、特征使命等方面赋予了我国城乡融合发展新的时代内涵.为推动中国式现代化进程,应并重考虑城市现代化和农村现代化建设,坚持中国共产党领导,强化城乡融合发展顶层设计;畅通城乡要素流动,建设全面融合的城乡现代产业体系;健全城乡融合发展体制机制,提升城乡现代化公共服务水平;构筑城乡生态环境治理保障机制,促进城乡文化共融.
Abstract
The Marxist thought on urban-rural integration is the theoretical basis for constructing a new type of urban-rural relationship in China.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,China has entered a new era of urban-rural integration,with the income gap between urban and rural residents gradually narrowing,the con-sumption level continuously rising,the industrial structure becoming increasingly reasonable,and the process of new urbanization and agricultural modernization accelerating,laying the material foundation for Chinese-style modernization.The theoretical connotations of Chinese-style modernization have given new connotation of the time to the integrated development of urban and rural areas in China in terms of leadership,fundamental goals and characteristic missions.To promote the process of Chinese-style modernization,it is necessary to give equal consideration to urban and rural modernization,adhere to the leadership of the CPC,strengthen the top-level de-sign of urban-rural integrated development,smooth the flow of urban and rural elements,build a comprehen-sively integrated urban-rural modern industrial system,improve the institutional mechanism for urban-rural in-tegrated development,enhance the level of modernized urban-rural public services,and construct a mechanism for guaranteeing urban-rural ecological and environmental governance,as well as for promoting the cultural in-tegration of urban and rural areas.
