摘要
地域文化融入高校人才培养,是地方高校实现特色发展与文化延续传承的共同需求,从过程视角构建了地域文化融入高校"文化育人"培养的评价指标体系,包含组织领导和运行保障、校园文化育人氛围、文化育人教研、高校与地域文化互动、文化育人满意度五个维度,并对福建省10 所高校进行评价,分析得分成因.以地域文化为背书,从学科育人、教学育人、实践育人,探索地域文化融入高校"文化育人"的培养实践,旨在增强地域文化认同、植入地域文化内核、弘扬地域文化创新、构建互动职能保障,以此创新高校文化育人培养新路径.
Abstract
The integration of regional culture into talent cultivation in colleges and universities is a common de-mand for local colleges and universities to achieve characteristic development and cultural inheritance.From a process perspective,an evaluation index system for the integration of regional culture into the talent cultivation of"cultural education"in colleges and universities is constructed,which includes five dimensions:organizational leadership and operational guarantee,campus cultural education atmosphere,cultural education research and teaching,interaction between universities and regional culture,and satisfaction with cultural education.An evalu-ation of 10 universities in Fujian Province is conducted to analyze the causes for the scores.With regional cul-ture as the backing,the practice of integrating regional culture into university"cultural education"is explored from the aspects of discipline education,teaching education and practice education,aiming to enhance regional cultural identity,implant the core of regional culture,promote the innovation of regional culture,and construct interactive functional guarantees,thereby innovating new paths for cultural education and talent cultivation in colleges and universities.
