From the perspective of urban micro-renewal Gulou District of Fuzhou City Satisfaction survey and improvement strategy of old residential area reconstruction
The reconstruction of old residential areas is a major livelihood project and development project,has become an important way to promote the transformation of urban renewal and development construction.In recent years,Gulou District of Fuzhou continues to promote the organic renewal of the old city and the reorganization and integration of urban space.Taking Gulou District of Fuzhou City as an exam-ple,this paper conducted a satisfaction survey on the reconstruction of old residential areas,focusing on exploring the problems and causes of the reconstruction of old residential areas,and countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of residents,so as to provide theoretical guid-ance and practical reference for the subsequent reconstruction and management of old residential areas.
