主要分析探讨某大型会议中心的超限结构设计重难点.该工程为27.6 m高的钢框架-空间大跨钢桁架结构,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、穿层柱等超限不规则情况,属超限高层建筑.为此,针对不规则情况采取了措施:利用两个不同的软件进行小震弹性对比分析和关键构件的中震和大震验算;进行了弹性时程分析和静力弹塑性分析;对大开洞周边楼板进行了小震弹性、中震及大震不屈服分析,对大跨和大悬挑区域进行了挠度和舒适度验算,对钢桁架屋盖及两侧吊挂系统进行了施工顺序优化分析.上述分析和探讨,有效地保证了结构的整体安全性,实现了预定的抗震性能目标.
Anslysis on Over-Limit Structure Design of A Large Steel Structure Conference Center
This paper mainly introduces the structural design of a large conference center.The project is a high-level steel-frame struc-ture with a height of 27.6m and large-span spatial truss.It has irregular torsion,lots of floor slabs missing,and skip-floor columns.It belongs to the over-limit high-rise building.The following measures are taken for irregularities:A comparative analysis of structure elas-ticity under frequently occurred earthquakes is made based on two different software.The capacity checking under precautionary earth-quakes and rare earthquakes of key members is carried out.Analysis of elastic dynamic time-history and pushover have been taken,and the deflection and comfort of the large-span and big cantilever beams are calculated.The construction analysis of steel truss roof and two-side hanging system is optimized.The above analysis effectively guarantees the overall safety of the structure and achieves the predeter-mined seismic performance goals.
