超高曲线梁双层屋盖板施工技术的应用研究

为打造21世纪新海丝文化新传播中心,厦门海沧区政府特邀国际普利兹克建筑奖获得者-王澍大师以五代董源的《潇湘图卷》为蓝本,设计了具有重峦叠嶂屋面、造型独特的金沙书院项目.项目屋盖结构复杂,施工质量要求高,采用的新技术,新工艺较多.为了达到隐藏通风管道美观的设计效果以及满足建筑使用功能,局部屋盖采用2.2 m超高曲线梁双层板楼盖,形状为双曲线,施工难度大.通过双层楼盖结构2.2 m超高曲线梁钢筋模板砼工程的制作安装施工,探讨总结特殊施工工艺的做法.该施工技术得以应用,行之有效,具有较广的应用前景,可为类似工程提供理论指导与技术借鉴.
Research on the application of construction technology of super-high curved beam double-deck roof
In order to build a new communication center of new sea silk culture in the 21st century,Xiamen Haicang District Government specially invited Master Wang Shu,winner of the International Pritzker Architecture Prize,to design the Jinsha Academy project with a u-nique roof shape based on the"Xiaoxiang Scroll"of the fifth generation of Dong Yuan,which has a complex roof structure,high construc-tion quality requirements,and many new technologies and new processes.In order to achieve the beautiful design effect of the hidden ven-tilation duct and meet the function of building use,the partial roof adopts a 2.2-meter ultra-high curve beam double-panel roof,which is difficult to construct in the shape of a hyperbola.This paper summarizes the practice of special construction technology through the production,installation and construction of 2.2m ultra-high curved beam steel formwork concrete project of double-layer building structure,which is effective in application and has a wide application prospect,which can provide theoretical guidance and technical refer-ence for similar projects.
