在梯形屋面压型钢板上建设分布式光伏发电系统时,通常采用自攻螺钉附加硅酮结构密封胶的光伏夹具工艺.但是该工艺存在密封胶热老化、腐蚀,屋面压型钢板渗水,设计使用年限不足等问题.为了解决这些问题,探讨一种采用电容放电螺柱焊,将光伏夹具焊接固定在梯形屋面压型钢板上的工艺.分析结果表明,螺柱焊工艺的光伏夹具,具有不破坏屋面防水、满足光伏25年设计使用年限的要求等优点,可供同类型项目光伏夹具的设计与施工参考.
Application and Analysis of Photovoltaic Fixture with Stud Welding Process on Roof profiled steel sheets
When constructing distributed photovoltaic power generation systems on trapezoidal roof profiled steel plates,the photovoltaic fix-ture process of self tapping screws and silicone structural sealant is usually used.However,this process has issues such as thermal aging and corrosion of the sealant,water seepage from the roof profiled steel plate,and insufficient design service life.To address these issues,this arti-cle explores a process of using capacitor discharge stud welding to weld and fix photovoltaic fixtures on trapezoidal roof profiled steel plates.The analysis results indicate that the photovoltaic fixture using the stud welding process has the advantages of not damaging the roof waterproofing and meeting the requirement of a 25 year design service life for photovoltaic,which can be used as a reference for the design and construction of photovoltaic fixtures in similar projects.
