Analysis of cognitive misconceptions and implementation strategies in urban and rural planning under the"dual carbon"goal
When carrying out urban and rural planning work in a low-carbon environment,it mainly relies on people's superficial under-standing of the dual carbon goals to design implementation strategies, which can easily fall into cognitive misunderstandings and make imple-mentation strategies unable to meet the requirements of low-carbon urban construction. Therefore,a study on the cognitive misconceptions and implementation strategies of urban and rural planning under the"dual carbon"goal is proposed.Starting from both carbon reduction and carbon sequestration, clarifying the urban and rural planning tasks under the"dual carbon"goal and determining reasonable urban and rural planning strategies are conducive to promoting the development of carbon reduction work.Combined with the current measures of pro-moting carbon peak and carbon neutrality in urban and rural planning in various regions, this paper analyzes the misconceptions of urban and rural planning under the"double carbon"goal, and after jumping out of these misconceptions, proposes a series of effective low-car-bon urban and rural planning implementation strategies from five aspects:urban and rural spatial pattern, consumption mode, infrastructure, public space, and resource utilization efficiency in key areas.
