Exploring the Planning of Urban Suburban Integrated Villages under the Background of National Spatial Planning——A Case Study of the Village in Yichun City
In the context of reforming the national spatial planning system,By starting with the evolution process of village planning,this ar-ticle introduces a reflection on the key focuses of multi-regulation and practical village planning from the three directions of transformation of the planning system,rural revitalization strategy,and the"three land"reform pilot in rural areas.Based on discussions of the"integration of rural industries"and the"three land"reform pilot,combined with a case study of integrated urban-rural villages in Yichun city.Through comprehensive land evaluation,The land revitalization strategy is proposed with the guidance of rural industrial integration and the technical means of inter-conversion and relocation of the"three types of land"in village planning.The aim is to guide the orderly and in-telligent development of villages and provide reference for other areas in village planning and preparation.
