Design and analysis of a super B-level complex high-rise structure with a large opening in a certain atrium
An office building, with a total building height of 198.85m,adopts a frame-corewall structure system, belongs to the super B-level high-rise building. For this reason,in the architectural design level to minimize the plane and vertical irregularities, but due to the lighting and ventilation needs of the building, the atrium adopts a relatively rare double-height open-hole layout. The shear wall is ar-ranged around the entrance to form the inner tube of the core tube.Meanwhile, three schemes are calculated and compared to analyze the in-fluence of large opening of the atrium.During the process of structural design, two kinds of software with different mechanical model were used to carry out comparative analysis under the action of small earthquake.Jointly considering all factors, the seismic performance target was C grade.According to the target, the performance-based design of the key components of the main structure was carried out.And the dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis under the action of major earthquake was carried out.Based on the damage situation of the structure under major earthquake, effective strengthening measures have taken for the vulnerable weak parts of the structure. The calculation and analysis results indicate that the key components can achieve the preset performance targets, and the structure is safe and reliable. It is reasonable and can provide ideas and reference for the structural design of the same type projects.
