When the civil air defense basement is set at the bottom of the multi-storey basement,the main entrance and exit of the civil air defense generally need to bypass the basement of the non-protected area of the underground layer,and then use the car ramp to enter and exit for wartime use.But for this part of the passage roof of the civil air defense load value standard,there is no clear regulation.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses from three angles of code provisions,civil air defense load principle and collapse prevention.Aiming at the most common low-level underground basement in civil buildings,it gives the value suggestions under different protection levels and different soil thickness,and provides the analysis ideas of other similar situations.
