一个带有多层地下室的项目,在建造过程中,建筑方案进行了较大调整,大范围柱底内力有较大增幅,原方案的基础底板已施工完毕,基础分部通过了验收.通过理论推导、计算分析,对有利水浮力进行研究,制定合理的安全系数,推导基桩的实际刚度;对桩基、承台受力和纯抗拔桩的抗压承载力进行分析,在保证建筑结构安全性的前提下,最大程度地保证已施工基础底板的原状整体性能.
Analysis of basic design of reconstruction and expansion projects
In a project with multi-storey basement,the construction scheme was adjusted greatly in the construction process,and the in-ternal force of the column bottom increased greatly.The foundation slab of the original scheme has been completed,and the foundation part has passed the acceptance.Through theoretical derivation and calculation analysis,the favorable water buoyancy was studied,and a rea-sonable safety factor was formulated to derive the actual stiffness of the foundation pile.The compressive bearing capacity of the pile foun-dation,the bearing platform and the pure pull-out pile was analyzed,and the overall performance of the foundation slab was guaranteed to the greatest extent under the premise of ensuring the safety of the building structure.
