建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在某高校综合楼运维管理中的应用

建筑运维管理涉及建筑日常维护、电气设备检修等工作.科学合理的运维管理,可使建筑使用寿命延长,同时保障建筑使用者的生命财产安全.学校建筑内部学生职工人数众多,并且校园建筑多为体量庞大、功能繁杂的建筑,因而学校建筑后期运营维护管理难度较大,工作效率低下.文章选取河南省大学生就业创业服务基地综合楼作为研究对象,通过查阅资料、实地调研、统计信息等方法,分析整理建筑信息模型所具有的集成化、可视化、协同化、模拟性等特点,可为学校建筑后期改造、建筑空间管理、创新学校建筑的运维管理提供帮助,实现学校建筑运维管理工作的高效运行.
Application of Building Information Model(BIM)technology in the operation and maintenance management of a university building
Building operation and maintenance management involves the daily maintenance of buildings,electrical equipment overhaul and other work,scientific and reasonable operation and maintenance management can prolong the service life of buildings,while ensuring the safety of building users'lives and property.There are a large number of students and staff in the school buildings,and the campus buildings are mostly large buildings with complicated functions,so the operation and maintenance management of the school buildings in the later pe-riod is difficult and the work efficiency is low.This paper selects the comprehensive building of College students'employment and Entrepre-neurship Service Base in Henan Province as the research object,and analyzes and collates the characteristics of integration,visualization,collaboration and simulation of the building information model by means of data retrieval,field investigation and statistical information,which can provide help for the later renovation of school buildings,building space management and innovative operation and maintenance manage-ment of school buildings.To realize the efficient operation of school building operation and maintenance management.
