随着传统建筑模式进入发展瓶颈,应用BIM技术提高建筑业信息化水平,成为此行业高度关注的课题.因此,采用主客观结合的方法,结合专家咨询和文献分析,综合运用AHP法和熵值法组合赋权,构建涵盖人员、成本、技术等5个准则层因素、24个指标层因素的BIM推广应用障碍因素分析模型,对各影响因素进行重要性排序,挖掘影响建筑业BIM有效推广应用排名前六位的因素,为建筑施工企业应用BIM技术提供相关对策建议.
Analysis of Obstacles and Countermeasures for the Promotion and Application of BIM in the Construction Industry Based on AHP-Entropy Method
As traditional building models entered the bottleneck of development,the application of BIM technology to improve the informa-tionization level of the construction industry was deemed a highly concerned topic in this industry.In order to study the factors that hindered the promotion and application of BIM in the current construction industry,a combination of subjective and objective methods was adopted in this article,along with expert consultation and literature analysis,and a combination of AHP and Entropy method was used comprehensively to assign weights.A BIM promotion and application obstacle factor analysis model covering 5 criteria layer factors such as personnel,cost,technology,and 24 indicator layer factors was constructed,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions were provided for the application of BIM technology in construction enterprises.
