Preliminary design and main investment estimation of intelligent assembly line for prefabricated beam factory of a certain construction technology company
Taking the site planning of an intelligent prefabricated beam factory of a building technology company and the market demand for beams as an example,the basic parameters of a single 30mT beam and 20m hollow slab beam production line and the design of a general in-telligent trolley structure were carried out,and the overall design scheme of 2 different 4 unidirectional cycle prefabricated beam production lines and the suggestion of construction in two phases were proposed.It is convenient to match the actual beam plant construction with the market demand.Through the comparison of the production efficiency and main input estimates between the intelligent beam factory and the traditional beam factory,the production efficiency of the intelligent production line can be increased from 2.5 pieces/month to 15 pieces/month,and the production efficiency of a single production line can reach 30 pieces/month.In the first phase of the project,only two intelli-gent production lines in 50%of the site can reach the total capacity of the traditional beam field,and the total investment is reduced by 17.3%.In the second phase of large-scale production,the intelligent production line of the prefabricated beam factory only needs to in-crease the investment of 18.0%,the production capacity can be increased by 2 times,and can reduce part of the construction personnel,re-duce personnel costs,improve production efficiency.
