Project settlement is directly related to the interests of both contracting parties and is an important work in project contracting.Pre-data preparation,the quality of employees,the strictness of contract specifications,the accuracy of material price inquiry,and process man-agement control directly affect the progress and quality of project settlement.For this reason,Combined with the practice of financial investment evaluation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems in project settlement and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
