基于S项目进度管理中建设单位存在的问题与对策研究

建设单位是项目总组织者和管理核心,对于项目的整体进度统筹规划和进展把控具有不可替代的作用.以S项目为研究对象,分析探讨项目进度滞后的主要原因和建设单位在各阶段进度管理中存在的问题,并从事前控制、事中控制、事后管理三个方面提出组织"标前四会"、变更前五性分析、管理动作模块化、表格化等改进措施,对建设单位的项目进度管理具有一定的参考意义.
Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Construction Units in S Project Progress Management
The construction unit is the overall organizer and management core of the project,and plays an irreplaceable role in the overall progress planning and control of the project.Taking the S project as the research object,this paper analyzes and explores the main reasons for project schedule lag and the problems that construction units face in progress management at each stage.It proposes improvement meas-ures from three aspects:pre control,in-process control,and post management,such as organizing"pre bid four meetings",pre change five character analysis,modularization of management actions,and tabulation.These measures have certain reference significance for the project schedule management of construction units.
