The construction unit is the overall organizer and management core of the project,and plays an irreplaceable role in the overall progress planning and control of the project.Taking the S project as the research object,this paper analyzes and explores the main reasons for project schedule lag and the problems that construction units face in progress management at each stage.It proposes improvement meas-ures from three aspects:pre control,in-process control,and post management,such as organizing"pre bid four meetings",pre change five character analysis,modularization of management actions,and tabulation.These measures have certain reference significance for the project schedule management of construction units.
