广州抽水蓄能电站国土空间规划探究

摘要
节约集约利用土地,是生态文明建设的题中应有之义,也是经济社会可持续发展的必由之路.在国家生态文明建设的背景下,抽水蓄能电站不再是单一的电力生产设施,抽水蓄能电站在建设与生产中,不可避免地产生了功能布局分散、空间利用粗犷、土地闲置浪费等问题.从旅游开发与空间要素整合的角度,结合抽水蓄能电站现状存在的种种问题,探索抽水蓄能电站土地与环境资源综合利用的国土空间规划方法,希望为相关规划与建设提供参考与指导.
Abstract
Economical and intensive use of land is an essential part of ecological civilization construction and the only way to sustainable e-conomic and social development.Under the background of national ecological civilization construction,pumped storage power station is no longer a single power production facility,and problems such as scattered function layout,extensive space utilization,idle land waste and so on inevitably arise in the construction and production of pumped storage power station.From the perspective of tourism development and the integration of spatial elements,combined with various problems existing in the current situation of pumped storage power stations,this paper explores the territorial and spatial planning methods for the comprehensive utilization of land and environmental resources in pumped storage power stations,hoping to provide reference and guidance for related planning and construction.
