Analysis of Research Hotspots and Development Trend of Smart City Construction in China
Smart city is one of the important means to improve the effectiveness of urban management and citizens'living standards.In order to clarify the current status,the hot spots,and the trends of research on smart city construction,this paper conduct a visual analysis inclu-ding subject distribution,and keyword clustering through 500 representative research papers collected on China Knowledge Network between 2009 and 2023 by CiteSpace software.The results show that:(1)smart city construction has formed into three major clusters of themes:strategic emerging industry research,digital composition,technological innovation,and strategic planning;(2)China's smart city construc-tion field evolution can be categorized into three stages:active exploration period,strategic attack period and innovative development peri-od.The results above will provide a reference for decision-making on the rapid development of smart city construction in China.
