福建省社区建设发展分析与对策

摘要
城市是一个有机生命体,由居住社区、城市组团等交织而成.从最早的居住区到完整社区,从"住有所居"到"房住不炒",中国经历了住宅产业化的大规模建设阶段到存量提质更新阶段.总结目前社区建设的经验与不足,有助于探索出未来社区建设发展的方向和对策,促进社区建设好、服务好、管理好,从而达到优化调整城市结构、完善城市功能、激发城市活力,从根本上解决"城市病"问题,推动城市转型发展的城市更新目标.
Abstract
The city is a vibrant organism,intricately woven together by residential communities and urban clusters.From the early days of residential areas to the creation of complete communities,China has undergone a significant transformation in the housing sector,transitio-ning from the notion of"adequate housing for all"to"housing for living,not for speculation."This evolution has seen the country progress from large-scale housing industrialization to the stage of improving the quality of existing stock.By summarizing the experiences and short-comings of current community construction,we can explore the future direction and strategies for community construction.This will help pro-mote the construction,service,and management of communities,ultimately optimizing and adjusting urban structures,enhancing urban func-tionality,igniting urban vitality.Thus we can fundamentally address the"urban ills"problem,and promote the urban transformation and development goals through urban renewal.
