Research on multi-level planning linkage in Jianning County,Sanming City under the national spatial planning system
Under the new era of land spatial planning system,in order to further improve the efficiency of planning and save preparation funds,various regions across the country have successively carried out planning joint compilation work at different levels and regions.Jian-ning County in Sanming City,as a mountainous county at the border of Fujian and Jiangxi provinces,has strong representativeness in terms of resource endowment and geographical characteristics within Fujian Province.At the same time,as a small county with a population,its so-cial and economic development level and government financial resources are relatively limited compared to developed coastal areas,and it has strong practical needs for integration.This article is based on the innovative practice of county,town,and village level planning integra-tion in Jianning County in recent years,exploring the relevant experience of multi-level planning integration and upper and lower transmis-sion,providing relevant theoretical support and experience reference for Fujian Province and even other regions in China.
